We ship very next working day after payment. It takes 1-2 working days for non-rural Address & 2-4 working days for rural address after shipping except heavy items.

Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. If order has been placed on weekend or on public holidays it will be dispatched on next working day.

All orders are shipped with registered tracking.

We accept P.O. Box address for delivery

If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, yolo goods reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for re-delivering the order.

If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven’t received the parcel please contact us, we can send a replacement or can lodge an inquiry for you.

In case of damaged item, receiver should check the parcel thoroughly before signing the consignment. We reserve the right to decline replacement/refund if consignment signed as “good order” at the time of delivery.

Receiver can also decline delivery if courier driver insist to sign it before checking the damage. In this case, please report back to us and we will complain for that driver to courier management.
